Founded in 2013 with one Condo for Liza’s love of the water and operated by John and Liza Blatter. We soon began growing as vacation rentals in Corpus Christi were being requested on a weekly basis. Each beach rental offers direct beach access, the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, ocean bay views from all of our condos, world class fishing and kite board surfing, and genuine Texas hospitality await your arrival. Condos there are true Waterfront condos close to the USS Lexington, close to the Corpus Christi Hooks AAA ball field, close to the Maritime Museum, and the Texas State Aquarium it’s a must see lots of fun lots to do in a short area .my stay was off the hook. Clean, and we’ll kept. No hassles…..

We had a Great the best hosts ever ! It was just like home, thought of everything when setting up kitchen and bathroom . The view was spectacular! We loved that it was walking distance to lots of attractions , restaurants and shopping. We are planning our next trip already !!!

Stayed via Airvnb. Everything was awesome! Ocean view, beach front, and a place to walk to at night on the beach to get a beer. Highly recommend staying.

Had a great stay 3 nights very clean and well kept… Staff very friendly and helpful…. Right on the beach which was never crowded… Had a condo with possibility to sleep 4 adults and 2 children…

A quaint little apartment complex right on the beach. Nice views and good parking. Wonderful stay on HomeAway!

Security guard was very sweet and Helpful! One of our guests arrived after hours and he was able to a parking pass and park inside the gates. All of our stuff was left in the bed of our truck there we stayed 6 nights and nothing was stolen. It’s a very big deal to be able to stay and sleep well knowing your vehicle and belongings are safe.

Perfect place to celebrate a Birthday Weekend with Close Friends.
Loved that it had an enclosed Fence and all you needed was your card to gain entry to the beach, which was just yards from our Condo. Boardwalk and the Ocean, led all the way down to Fajitaville for drinks and having Ferris Wheel Ocean with a Full Moon shining down on you from your balcony to the walks on the boardwalk made it even more special. 
Definitely coming back next year for my Birthday again! Price was reasonable, especially because your given so many options how to spend your Day and walk right back to your Condo for a safe restful night! I loved it.. It’s definitely a must if your coming down for a vacation in Corpus Christi,Texas. Better then staying on the other side of the Harbor Bridge! Safe, Affordable, Clean, Access to Beach and Boardwalk, equals perfect for Disabled, the Romantics, Family and the Adventurous 
It’s a great condo, they have everything you need here. All you need to bring is your beach towels, food, and some sunscreen!!

Every unit a beach view. Heated pool in winter. 130 steps from my unit to the sand. Staff is very responsive. Mgmt Co. on site very helpful. I love where I live! Daily Resort living. What’s not to love?
